Postage and Delivery

Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. All items ordered on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.  Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and give you the option to cancel the order.

All items will be sent using Royal Mail Signed for and will need to be signed for upon reciept. Delivery time will depend on Royal Mail and Dark Heart cannot be responsible for the time they take to deliver your order.

Dark Heart will post to anywhere in the world. The cost of postage/shipping will be added at the shopping cart checkout. Although delivery is free for the UK.
